Now & Then

Inclement Weather Update

Unfortunately, the weather is not cooperating this week, so to keep everyone's safety as our number one priority we have decided to cancel Friday's performance of “Now & Then.” For now, the Saturday and Sunday shows are still on.

If you had purchased tickets to Friday's performance, here are your options:

  1. Attend either the Saturday (7:30 pm) or Sunday (2:00 pm) performance. We have opened additional seats for these shows. Please let us know which day you prefer.

  2. Request a refund of your purchase amount.

  3. Consider your purchase a donation to the Chatham County Pride Alliance, to which proceeds from these performances were to go.

If you purchased tickets, please reply to this message as soon as possible, letting us know your preference.

Should you choose option #1, to attend the Saturday or Sunday performance, we will again keep you posted via email regarding the weather and its effect on those performances.

Thank you for your support, and please be safe!

It’s 1981 and a young bartender (Jamie) is closing up one night, when there is a flash of red light outside. Thinking it’s an ambulance going by, he ignores it. Moments later, an older man (Jimmy) comes in for a quick one. They talk for a bit and get on to the subject of Jamie’s aspiring career as a pianist — he’s about to take time off from everything to just study and gig. Jimmy tells him to go for it, that he’ll regret it for the rest of his life if he doesn’t. At that, a young woman (Abby, Jamie’s girlfriend) enters the bar. They talk about life, careers, destiny, and finally, Jimmy tells them an unbelievable story about himself…that they don’t believe. As Jimmy is about to leave, there is another flash of red light and an older woman enters. She is not at all pleased. This is a story about love, following your dreams (or not) and the costs of the decisions we make.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Chatham County Pride Alliance. Get your tickets!
